1. The service

NVM APPS provides a website to showcase our applications and a free account system to manage your profile. Our applications are provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• For security, each account may be signed in on at most 2 devices at once.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or abuse the service or its security.
• Use automated means to overload the service or scrape data without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The NVM APPS name, logo, website, and applications are owned by NVM APPS. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVM APPS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
